A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ELEVATE SMALL BUSINESS GRANT PROGRAM IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND USE OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $850,000 TO FUND THE PROGRAM

C.  CR-79 - Leighty:          Colorado Enterprise Fund COVID-19 Relief Loan
