5.    ORDINANCES - EMERGENCY:

A.  CB-1946 - Leighty:          Administrative Approval of Temporary Liquor License Modifications

A bill for an emergency ordinance amending section 18-2-4 by the addition thereto of a new subsection (c) of the city of northglenn municipal code to authorize the administrative approval of applications for the modification of liquor licensed premises

 

6.    Resolutions:

A.  CR-94 - Leighty:          Temporary Modifications of Liquor Licensed Premises for Outdoor Dining

A RESOLUTION delegating certain authority to the city manager and authorizing certain fee waivers to implement temporary modifications of liquor licensed premises in response to the covid-19 pandemic

B.  CR-95 - Leighty:          Temporary Use Expansion Fee Waiver for Non-Liquor Businesses

A RESOLUTION delegating certain authority to the city manager and authorizing certain fee waivers to implement temporary modifications to restaurants without a liquor license and other retail businesses in response to the covid-19 pandemic
