a.   Resolution N/17-45       Sponsorship of Count the Lights Event

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPONSORSHIP OF $1,000 FOR THE ANNUAL COUNT THE LIGHT EVENT

(Three or more City Council members may attend the Executive Session)

An Executive Session to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and / or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S § 24-6-402(4)(e) relative to 1) Marketplace; and 2) Malley Heights (North Gate).

11.   EXECUTIVE SESSION #2:

(Three or more City Council members may attend the Executive Session)

An Executive Session to hold a conference with NURA's attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to C.R.S § 24-6-402(4)(b) concerning tax increment financing and URA #1.
