A RESOLUTION approving a professional services agreement between the city of northglenn and Denver metro security, Inc. for city hall and municipal court security services

D. CR-15 - Leighty:  2025 Adams County Youth Resource and Assessment Center IGA

A RESOLUTION approving an intergovernmental agreement between ADAMS COUNTY THROUGH THE Adams county sheriff's office, Adams county department of human service, Adams county health department, the cities of commerce city, Brighton, NORTHGLENN, thornton, Westminster, and the youth resource and assessment center for the provision and funding of  youth resource and assessment services

E. CR-16 - Leighty:  AST Vehicle Barrier Transport Trailer Purchase

A RESOLUTION authorizing the city manager to issue a purchase order to advanced security technologies, llc for a total amount not to exceed $149,974.00 for the purchase of a modular vehicle barrier transport trailer and equipment

Executive Sessions: 1) pursuant to Section 4.5(b) of the City of Northglenn Home Rule Charter for the review of applications for any appointive position; interviews and appointments shall be conducted at an open meeting regarding the Municipal Judge; 2) pursuant to Section 4.5(g) of the City of Northglenn Home Rule Charter for negotiations concerning any contracts except those required to be the subject of competitive bidding regarding the Municipal Judge; and 3) pursuant to Section 4.5(a) of the City of Northglenn Home Rule Charter for personnel matters regarding Council appointee evaluations
