• No new seed, sod, or landscaping installation from August 1, to September 30, 2006

• Hand watering of trees, shrubs, flower beds, and gardens with a hose and shutoff nozzle is permitted any day, except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

• Pools and hot tubs can be topped off, but not filled
