• Use tax: ahead of 2005 YTD, behind projections. Loss of Theater project means this revenue will probably not catch up to projection

• Charges for Services are up due to Culture and Rec strong performance

• Fines and Forfeitures are ahead of projections, due to increased traffic enforcement
