SUCCESS STORIES

  • Everyone pulled together across departmental lines. At least 12 different City divisions participated in these events.
  • Fleet Maintenance managed to keep everything running throughout the storms. This was no small task for a crew of 3.
  • Contractors worked extremely well in coordinating their efforts with City crews. The 3 graders made the largest impact on opening residential streets.
  • The M&O Administrative team, Customer Service Staff, and City Manager’s staff did a superb job of handling resident calls and concerns.
  • Finance / Risk Management were extremely helpful in handling the paperwork for outside contracts and expense tracking.
