Special Events Permits

• The ability to sell alcohol at a public event

• According to State Law to apply for the permit you must be:

  • A non-profit and be one of the following:
    • Social
    • Fraternal
    • Political
    • Athletic
    • Religious
    • Philanthropic
    • Municipality Owning Arts Facilities
    • Chartered Branch, Lodge or Chapter of a National Organization or Society

• Examples: Wine Festival, Oktoberfest, Mud Volleyball, Wine/Beer at intermission of show in the theatre, etc.
