• August 22 – Order from CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division to maintain hydrogen sulfide levels below 100 ppm at influent structure

• September 6 – Submitted site amendment application for chemical feed facilities at the wastewater treatment plant

• September 24 – Request permission for 3-week Calcium Nitrate (Bioxide) pilot at Bunker Hill Lift Station and Lift Station A
