• Northglenn’s investment in CSAFE and other government investment pools are authorized per state statute and the City’s investment policy.

• Due to the recent market disruptions, CSAFE has been unable to liquidate certain portfolio holdings.

• City was notified on 9/22/08 of new rules relating to our CSAFE investment.
