CSAFE

To ensure orderly redemptions and fair treatment of all CSAFE participants, CSAFE has limited the amount each participant may withdraw on any day to 5%.
In addition, CSAFE designated holdings as “Liquid” or “Illiquid”, allowing withdrawals only from Liquid portion of fund.
As the issues surrounding the illiquid investments are ultimately resolved, this illiquid designation will be removed and normal operation and redemption rules will apply.
Original liquidity designation was set at 43% of total holdings, increasing over time (now set at 63%).
