Most likely $2,500,000 to $3,500,000 per year.
This should be based upon a balanced long term business plan that could be implemented in stages over the next few years.
The goal for visual results of overall quality would be 5 – 15 years dependent on funding levels. It takes time to plan, budget, and construct!!
Current priority projects will be discussed during the CIP Presentation.
